The first step for the accomplishment of our mutual goal is to be able to listen and understand our clients’ needs and expectations. In order to do so, we have developed the Project Planning Guide, a tool that frames and helps in the first communications with clients. In the first contact, you will provide us with an overview of the requirements for your project. From this exchange, we expect to be able to make you a comprehensive service offer that will contain the goals, recommendations, specifications and times of the work to be developed. In every stage, Buhoview will use its infrastructure and tools to achieve the best product and assure the ultimate satisfaction of your needs.

Once our service quotation is accepted, the production works begin.
The animation process is based on illustrations, storyboards, etc. Each project is unique and we pride in having a differentiated approach for each customer. A designer from our staff will work on a specific project. He or she will take care of the overall management and delivery of the project works, from beginning to end. Supervision from our senior developers assures quality and on time completion. Our online project management system optimizes the overall production process. We assign to each project an FTP account with a user name and password. In this site we will periodically upload the 3D animation process, so it can be reviewed by clients. You will be able to track the status of your project, on an hourly basis, during the whole process.

After the core of the 3D animation, presentation or multimedia development has been approved by the client, Buhoview will work on all details that will make the deliverable a unique product (music, story with professional voice, etc.). We have several formats for work delivery, ranging from digital DVD and CD-ROM (Linux, Windows and Macintosh) with designed packaging, to printed ones (user manuals, brochures, etc.).
The product delivery date will be agreed upon at the time the offer is accepted. As an important note, the intellectualproperty of the end product will entirely belong to the client once the works are completed (Privacy Policy). In reaching the final deliverable, we will maintain strict confidentiality on all information inputs provided by customers. Buhoview is usually asked by clients to sign additional confidentiality agreements by its clients, and you are more than welcomed to submit yours for our consideration and acceptance.
